Local Pickup, Delivery, and Shipping

Local pickup is available seven days per week from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please bring a piece of ID and your order number and our team will then place your order on our pickup table in front of the building. Simply choose local pickup at checkout.

We are offering flat rate shipping anywhere in Canada for $15. If your order value exceeds $150 you then qualify for FREE SHIPPING anywhere in Canada.
