Local Pickup, Delivery, and Shipping

Notice: Canada Post is currently on strike. New Canada Post shipments cannot be processed and packages already in their system will be delayed or on hold. To avoid delays please choose UPS at checkout. 

If you're in Kelowna or the surrounding area, you can save on shipping by picking up your order at the Kelowna Visitor Centre, located at 238 Queensway Ave. Simply select Local Pickup at checkout.

Local pickup is available seven days a week, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please bring a valid ID and your order number when you arrive.

We currently ship within Canada and the United States only.
