Fay is a Kelowna, B.C. glass & metal artist who spends her time designing and making one-of-a-kind glass art panels in her studio overlooking Okanagan Lake. She specializes in the construction of one-of-a-kind Abstract & Okanagan Themed glass art pieces. Glass and metal, along with agates, geode slice, rocks, glass nuggets, embossed sheet copper, wire and found objects are combined to create unique Okanagan art pieces. Decorative soldering is featured in much of her work.
Fay began her creative journey in glass over 40 years ago in Montreal. She studies drawing at John Abbott College (Montreal), Interior Design at Seneca College (Toronto), and glass bead making at BeadFX (Toronto). She has participated in the Lake Country Art Gallery under 100 Show, Frayed & DFeather Show, Potters & Artisans Show, Peachland Farmers Market & Crafters Market as well as various Wineries throughout the Kelowna area. Fay has many years of teaching experience and now teaches at Parkinson Recreation Centre.
